Selection guidance
Select the material and processing route from the drawing, wear condition, impact condition, operating temperature and required documents. Values are confirmed for the chosen grade before ordering.
Product
UHMWPE Chemical Resistant Sheet is an engineering plastic sheet designed for industrial applications where chemical exposure, abrasion and low friction are important. Made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, it combines excellent wear resistance with good resistance to many acids, alkalis, salts and other aggressive industrial media. Compared with conventional metal surfaces, UHMWPE is lightweight, non-corrosive and does not rust. Its low coefficient of friction also helps reduce material buildup and friction during conveying, lining and material handling operations. The sheet can be used as chemical equipment liners, tank liners, chute liners, hopper liners, conveyor components, material handling surfaces and protective panels. We can customize the sheet according to your application, including thickness, length, width, color, surface finish and machining requirements. CNC machining, cutting and drilling are also available.
